* If you are currently in recovery, please list your sobriety date and what programs you are working to maintain your sobriety under the Special Skills or Qualifications section.  Any applicants under two years will be carefully reviewed by the Hope Not Handcuffs Committee.  Thank you for your understanding.

NOTE:  Effective 3/15/21, FAN will be asking for a suggested donation of $15 to cover the costs of the Angel t-shirt and shipping. Information on how to make the donation will be sent following your training session.

STEP 1

The first step in becoming an "Angel" is to fill out the simple online form. After competing the form, proceed to step 2 to choose the location, date and time of your training.

STEP 2

Choose your Angel Training.

Note: To increase efficiency and make it easier for our volunteers, we have changed the intake process for our participants from paper forms to an application that can be accessed on an iPad. Each police department now has an iPad for our volunteers to use. If you’re a previously trained Angel, please register for a Refresher Training session, which includes training for the iPad intake process.
