Virtual Exercise for Recovery

Wednesdays @ 6:30 PM ET

Saturdays @ 11:00 AM ET

Exercise can be a powerful recovery tool. Through a special Washtenaw FAN sponsorship, those in recovery (as well as their families) now have the option to participate in virtual exercise classes for FREE*.

 

These full-body exercise classes provide a welcoming and safe space for individuals to enhance their mental, spiritual, and physical fitness. (All fitness levels welcome!)

Classes take place every Wednesday at 6:30 PM and Saturday at 11:00 AM ET.

To sign up for an upcoming class, follow the link below FANEFR20 to waive the participation fee for any Wednesday or Saturday class.

*Free to those in recovery and their families with discount code; may be applied to Wednesday and Saturday classes only.

How exercise helps

For those is recovery, exercise can help to:

  • Serve as a healthy distraction

  • Improve self-image and  mood

  • Reduce depression and anxiety

  • Improve sleep and increase energy

  • Provide a supportive community for recovery!
