Yoga for Recovery in the Park (and via Zoom!)

Studies show that yoga and mindfulness can help decrease stress, cravings, and impulsivity, and may be a good complement to traditional therapy. This yoga class is free to those in recovery and their families.
Be sure to bring your mask, yoga mat, and some water!
If you wish to attend via zoom, advance registration is required. Please click the registration button to be directed to the required waiver for participation. After you submit the waiver, you will be sent the Zoom join link for the date you have registered for.
