The Comeback Quick Response Team (QRT) program enlists a community-based team consisting of a plainclothes police officer, a peer recovery coach, and a family recovery coach. Teams perform outreach at the homes of individuals and families impacted by substance use, offering resources such as:

• Peer and family recovery coaching services

• Naloxone/harm-reduction services

• Referrals to other community resources
